Jimmy Fallon has become the latest entertainer, along with Jerry Garcia, Phish, DMB, Stephen Colbert (who am I missing?) to adorn the side of a pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
The new flavor comprises fudge covered potato chips, salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. Fuck. Yes. Rodzilla Reviews got their hands on a pint of Fallon’s “Late Night Snack” flavor and writes that it’s “easily a top five flavor of ANY ice cream that I’ve had — and that’s a lot. This is a rare occasion where nothing in this ice cream could be improved.” Since Rodzilla Reviews is unfamiliar to me, their effusive praise is taken with a grain of salt.
Whether or not this captures the goofy and charming essence of Jimmy Fallon remains to be seen, but dang, they had me at fudge covered potato chips. [via grubstreet]
