Colbert and The Gang Dance to Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky”

Last night on ‘The Colbert Report’, Daft Punk were scheduled to perform their hit summer jam “Get Lucky.” Only, they had to cancel the appearance due to a contractual obligation to appear on MTV’s VMAs.

The whole thing was probably a ruse from the get-to. But, instead WE WIN because Colbert put on a “Get Lucky” dance party featuring House, The Dude, Jimmy Fallon, Henry Kissinger, Jon Stewart from a Taliban cave, Charlie Rose, Walter White dressed for disco, the Rockettes, Matt Damon in the Matt Damon booth, and Colbert dance-bombing ‘America’s Got Talent’.

Also, Robin Thicke dropped by to perform the other song of the summer, which you can watch here. [via pitchfork]
