Some enterprising It’s Always Sunny fan took every Charlie Kelly dance sequence from Seasons 1-5 and made this highly enjoyable supercut.

The Wisdom of Charlie Day, or it’s time to get greenman

greenx-wide-communityThe new season of FX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia starts tomorrow, and the gang has been working hard to promote it.

And we are more than happy to oblige (the six-city tour of The Nightman Cometh has been a hit, though we’ve heard it’s a bit spendy at $80)  since it’s the greatest show in the history of television and Charlie Day is one of the best sitcom characters ever created – his humor knows no boundaries.  A bit of hyperbole, sure, but it’s hard to argue with just how funny the show is.

This week teams of guys dressed as the infamous “Greenman” are popping up at colleges and events.  I guess they want you to Tweet about it (#sunnyfx for those that care) but I’d rather play dodgeball with them.  For the truly obsessive, FX is suggesting fans dress up as Greenman and take photos of themselves in public. Don’t have a green unitard? You can purchase a costume here or here

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia returns Sept. 17 at 10 p.m. ET.

It’s Always Sunny Myths Debunked

Rob McEhlhenney, otherwise known as the creator of the funniest show on television, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia – Trey Parker’s cartoon, Tina Fey’s sitcom no one watches, Dwight Schrute and Barney Stimson notwithstanding – has taken the time to dispell 10 myths surrounding his show.  It’s really not illuminating, which I blame on the horrible journalists at EW, but anything regarding this show is worth reading.  [EW]
