John Gruber, digging into the improvements Apple has made with its latest version of the iPhone. While the performance improvements of the 5S are note-worthy for a smartphone, the real promise lays in what the device’s innards will bring to the iPad. It might not be long before there are no reasons why the iPad can’t be a full-fledged laptop or desktop replacement.
