Andrew Sullivan’s Grand Experiment Kicks Off

Andrew Sullivan’s site The Dish is now up and running at its new user-funded home. To date, Sullivan has cajoled approximately  $500,000 in funding — half of the $1 million Sullivan says he needs to run the site for a year — from readers since announcing his intention to leave The Daily Beast/Newsweek.
