South Sudan Vote Back Secession

Wow.  We’re about to see the birth of a nation here, probably in July, if things stay on track.  My guess is voting was the easy part and now comes the difficult challenge of determining borders, figuring out oil revenue splits with North Sudan (since the south is where all the oil is at), and uh, well, becoming a country from an undeveloped region that’s just been ravaged by genocide.  Still, a new country ya’ll!  We haven’t seen this since, what?  The great Yugoslavia breakup in 1992 or 1993?
