After a dog owner got into a car accident on a Phoenix, Ariz., highway last Wednesday, the Yorkshire terrier broke away from the scene and led officers on a nerve-wracking chase in and out of traffic before eventually being corralled by Officer Martin Bennett.
Normally, anything involving puppies is cute, but this just caused me to bite my fingernails down to the cuticles.
