Billboard’s 25 must have indie albums
It’s a curious list, running the gamut from Trisha Yearwood’s Nashville country to Gogol Bordello’s gypsy-punk rock. Not to mention some Swedish death metal throw in to boot.
Lots to love and lots to scratch your head over, but most of these albums offer plenty to love. With the exception of The Donnas clocking in a number one, it’s hard to argue with a list that includes The New Pornographers, Spoon, Animal Collective, The Drive By Truckers, Bad Religion and Iron & Wine.
Take a gander at the list and let us know what you think should or should not have been included!
