Two Pixar-related things this morning.
1. The United States Postal Service announced plans to release five “forever” Pixar character stamps as part of its 2011 commemorative stamp program. The stamps — Cars, Ratatouille, Toy Story, Up, and WALL-E — will be available for purchase starting August 19. Well deserved tribute, I’d say. Wish they chose a character from The Incredibles, but picking nits and all that.
2. Leandro “Copperfield” Braga spent 11 days re-watching all 11 Pixar feature films and then compiled this beautiful mashup of over 500 hand-selected scenes.
