[Trailer] Nine
If you told me that Daniel-Day Lewis would follow up There Will Be Blood with this musical rom-com type of thing, I probably would have laughed hysterically.
So now I don’t know what to make of it, because DDL never makes bad movies.

from the look and name of the film I am assuming this is a remake of 8 1/2. but really… a musical? is there any aspect of this remake that was really necessary?

No aspect of this remake was necessary. I realized it was 8 1/2 after posting but I was too lazy to go back and do anything about it. Good catch though. And seriously … a musical? I'm still baffled.
