Ben & Jerry’s Flavor Graveyard

by James Furbush on February 8, 2013

BJflavorgraveyardWhen Ben and Jerry’s kills an ice cream flavor, it gets ceremonially buried in the company’s “Flavor Graveyard.” Popular flavors buried in the graveyard include: Oh Pear (1997), Makin’ Whoopie Pie (2002-2003), Rainforest Crunch (1989-1996), Urban Jumble (2000-2001), and Wild Maine Blueberry. Fear not!  Ben and Jerry’s also offers ice cream lovers a chance to turn deceased flavors into zombie flavors by making the case for resurrection. [via NPR]
