When Ben and Jerry’s kills an ice cream flavor, it gets ceremonially buried in the company’s “Flavor Graveyard.” Popular flavors buried in the graveyard include: Oh Pear (1997), Makin’ Whoopie Pie (2002-2003), Rainforest Crunch (1989-1996), Urban Jumble (2000-2001), and Wild Maine Blueberry. Fear not! Ben and Jerry’s also offers ice cream lovers a chance to turn deceased flavors into zombie flavors by making the case for resurrection. [via NPR]
