One of the things I love about the food truck movement that sprung up in places like Los Angeles, Portland, Austin, and even Boston, is how these mobile culinary delights have demonstrated that affordable street food is not mutually exclusive from being healthy or really tasty. I ate at one in Austin, Texas last week that just blew my mind.
