Transforming How Food is Grown

What’s disappointing about this Inc. profile of Chuck Lacy, a former Ben & Jerry’s president and now owner of both the Rotokawa Cattle Company and Hardwick Beef, is that they make the bold pronouncement that he’s on a mission to “to transform the business of beef” and “developing alternatives to corporate agriculture” but they don’t actually dive into either of those topics.  Sure, I now know he owns a cattle company in Vermont but I don’t get the sense of what he’s doing different or why he’d warrant a short profile in Inc. Magazine.

So annoying.
