Producing Peeps


A photo gallery that shows how marshmallow Peeps are made inside the Just Born confection company in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

I was never a huge peeps fan.  Too much sugar, if you can believe that.  My dad, on the other hand, would take his Easter Peeps poke some holes in the cellophane packaging and then store them away until the following Easter when he would eat them rock hard.  Of course, if he couldn’t wait he would microwave them and then let them solidify.

To each their own I suppose.
