Ira Glass on Creative Work

Ira Glass’s point about struggling through the awkward phase and not quitting is fairly poignant and great advice for everyone trying to do creative work. It takes years to hone your craft and find your unique voice — whatever it may be. I would also second the concept of doing a large volume of work. Practice makes perfect. [via coudal]
